Alameda County/Oakland Mobile Crisis: Community Crisis Response Program: 800-491-9099 or 510-268-7836

The Crisis Response Program has offices in Oakland, Fremont and Hayward which are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The program also has offices in downtown Livermore and Pleasanton; these are open three days per week.

  • The downtown Oakland Mobile Crisis Team responds to requests from the Oakland Police Department, other agencies and individuals for assistance with mental health evaluations of adults in the community (staff permitting). Operates from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Stonewall Project is a non-shaming & sex positive counseling program for men who have sex with men looking to make changes to their crystal meth, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, GHB, Ketamine, alcohol and/or other drug use.  

Each week Stonewall offers a variety of walk in groups, book clubs, harm reduction education opportunities, syringe exchange services, individual counseling, and wellness services like meditation, massage and acupuncture. No paperwork, no intake, no waits. You decide what services are a good fit.
